Travel Services & Third-Party Suppliers

Unique Luxury Getaways acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers, which may include airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, destination management companies, and other service providers (“Suppliers”).

While we carefully select reputable Suppliers, we do not own, operate, or control these Suppliers and are not responsible for:

Acts, omissions, or negligence of any Supplier

Changes, delays, cancellations, overbooking, or service disruptions

Supplier insolvency or financial failure

Force majeure events (including weather, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or natural disasters)

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Supplier.

Pricing, Availability & Accuracy

Prices, availability, itineraries, and inclusions are subject to change at any time and are not guaranteed until confirmed and paid.

We are not responsible for typographical errors, pricing discrepancies, or outdated information displayed on the website or in marketing materials.

Payments, Deposits & Cancellations

Payment terms, deposits, cancellation penalties, and refund policies vary by Supplier and will be disclosed at the time of booking.

By authorizing payment, you acknowledge and accept the applicable Supplier’s terms and conditions, including cancellation and change penalties.

Service fees, where applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Certain travel services sold by Trevello Travel Group Inc. are subject to the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002 and the regulations made under it.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that:

All personal information provided is accurate and complete

Travel documents (passports, visas, vaccinations) meet destination requirements

You comply with all laws, health regulations, and entry requirements

Unique Luxury Getaways is not responsible for denied boarding, refused entry, or losses resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

Marketing Communications

By subscribing to our mailing list or submitting an inquiry, you consent to receive communications from Unique Luxury Getaways, including travel updates, offers, and relevant information.

You may also receive communications from trusted travel partners involved in delivering your travel experience.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails. Transactional and service-related communications may still be sent as required.
